Matt is the legal guardian of the real 'Annabelle' doll

Comedian Matt Rife, alongside YouTuber Elton Castee, has acquired Warren's home and Occult Museum, becoming the temporary legal guardian of its haunted collection, including the infamous Annabelle doll. Rife plans to open the house for overnight stays and museum tours, allowing the public to experience the paranormal history. The museum was previously open to the public before 2019.
